Job Description: We are seeking a versatile Email Marketing Expert to collaborate on strategy development and manage the execution of email campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining the frequency of emails, managing email lists, setting up campaigns using their preferred platform, and continuously monitoring campaign performance. Monthly performance analysis will be crucial to optimize our efforts and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on the development of email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and achieve marketing goals.
Determine the optimal frequency of email campaigns based on target audience and campaign objectives.
Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication.
Set up and execute email campaigns on the chosen platform, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Monitor the health of each campaign, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance.
Generate and analyze monthly performance reports, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Continuously seek to improve email marketing practices and results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficient in using major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong understanding of database management, segmentation, and email marketing best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with an eye for creativity.
